About Marsha

Meet Marsha! She's a very special girl looking for a very special home.   Marsha is an incredible dog with a wonderful personality.  She is eager to please, incredibly affectionate, playful, and a total cuddler.  She loves jumping up on the couch or on the bed and just getting her snuggle on with her favorite human.  She is also big into playtime... she's never met a squeaky toy she didn't like!  She is completely housetrained, crate-trained, and knows the "sit" and "stay" command.  She's what we like to call move-in ready!

Our sweet little girl Marsha suffers from a condition called canine megaesophagus. This means that her esophagus does not send her food to her stomach directly, so she does have restrictions on how she can eat her food.  She must be fed her food in an upright position, and after consuming her meal she must be kept upright for 10-15 minutes.  In foster care, her foster mom and her have worked out an easy way to make this happen, so she's becoming a pro at meal time.  Learn more about megaesophagus at http://www.caninemegaesophagus.org./

Marsha is no ordinary puppy, and she's looking for a extraordinary home.  Do you think she's the right girl for you? She's available for adoption through the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation.  Contact her foster Lisa Marie at lisamarierescue@hotmail.com
